Alevì Milano is a brand of luxury footwear that combines the excellence of fine Italian craftsmanship with an innovative cosmopolitan spirit. Founded in 2019 by entrepreneurs Valentina Micchetti and Perla Alessandri, it has quickly gained a foothold in international markets, positioning itself in prestigious boutiques and department stores and winning over celebrities and notable personalities worldwide.
Alevì Milano’s creations boast a sophisticated aesthetic and impeccable design, the expression of a style concept that interprets contemporary women’s needs and tastes. The name Alevì - a combination of the two founders’ names – represents the perfect synthesis of their expertise and creative vision. The result: contemporary shoes with timeless allure, expressing a new idea of femininity.
The Alevì Milano signature is a pearl set in a gold ring on the sole, which lends a unique touch to each shoe’s profile. This delicate detail is also in the brand’s logo – a little circle symbolizing the pearl is incorporated into the A in Alevì.
The Founders
Alevì Milano grew out of the friendship and intuition of Valentina Micchetti and Perla Alessandri, successful professional women with a clear and confident entrepreneurial vision based on their extensive knowledge of the luxury sector, a tireless pursuit of perfection, and a determination to achieve their objectives.
Valentina Micchetti is a multifaceted entrepreneur who has worked for over twenty years in public relations and marketing. Founder and CEO of VMPR Valentina Micchetti PR&Consulting, based in Los Angeles and Milan, she handles strategic consulting for luxury companies through a consolidated network of top-class brands and VIPs.
Perla Alessandri inherited a renowned footwear firm founded in 1980 in San Mauro Pascoli, the historic Romagna shoe district where artisans make products for the most exclusive international brands. The shoemaker’s art is in her DNA – knowhow passed down through the skill and talent of craftspeople and designers who carry on an illustrious tradition Made in Italy.
The craftsmanship
Every Alevì Milano shoe is a masterpiece of fine craftsmanship, molded by the expert hands of master shoemakers with raw materials selected exclusively from Italian suppliers to guarantee the highest quality.
The models are the brainchildren of a creative dialogue between Valentina Micchetti and Perla Alessandri, who are always at the forefront of trends, interpreting every season’s tastes in their personal way. Transformed into prototypes and then perfected down to the last detail, their designs are masterpieces of grace and wearability.
Every single shoe is made in the San Mauro Pascoli factory, in a meticulous multiple-step process that requires over 150 components.
